| Yes. Zivic Instruments accepts Purchase Orders (PO's) issued by Universities, Corporations, and similar organizations. | |||||
| 2. Do new customers have to set up an account with Zivic Instruments? | |||||
| No. In order to place an order with Zivic Instruments, a customer need only supply the requisite information (billing address, shipping address, payment info, etc.). | |||||
| 3. Is Zivic Instruments the same company as Zivic Laboratories or Zivic-Miller Laboratories? | |||||
| No. Zivic Instruments is a unique legal entity distinct from Zivic Laboratories and Zivic-Miller Laboratories. | |||||
| 4. What is the difference between stainless steel slicers and acrylic slicers? | |||||
| Our stainless steel tissue slicers are easier to clean, easier to sterilize (only our metal slicers can be autoclaved), and more durable than our acrylic tissue slicers. In addition, our stainless steel slicers are ideal for cryogenic work. | |||||
| 5. Does the slicer work with fresh tissue, frozen tissue, or fixed tissue? | |||||
| Our slicers are appropriate for use with fresh, frozen and fixed slicers. | |||||

| Yes. Zivic Instruments is capable of designing and manufacturing a broad array of scientific instruments, or modifying existing products. The customer should contact the Technical Services Department by sending an email to inquiry@zivicinstruments.com. | |||||
